Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Stacked (the "Application"), operated by Duostack (the "Developer"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms — read them before using it.
License to use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on your own device for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Intellectual property
The Developer retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, and branding. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the Developer's name or branding for any purpose.
Who can use this app
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Application. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Termination
The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you materially breach these terms, violate applicable law, or use the Application in a way that could harm other users or the Developer. Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends and you must delete it from your device.
Third-party services
The Application relies on Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Firebase Realtime Database, and Firebase Crashlytics to function, sync game state, show ads, and diagnose crashes. Your use of the Application is also subject to those providers' own terms.
Purchases
The Application offers an optional, one-time purchase to remove ads permanently, found in the Settings page of the app. It is not a subscription and does not renew or recur. All payment is processed by Apple's or Google's in-app purchase system under their own terms and refund policies — the Developer does not process payment directly and cannot issue refunds. If you already own this purchase, use "Restore purchase" in Settings to reapply it after reinstalling the Application or switching devices, rather than purchasing it again.
Connectivity and your device
The Application requires an internet connection to host or join a game. The Developer is not responsible for the Application not working due to a lack of connectivity, exhausted mobile data, or a dead battery. If you use the app over mobile data, your carrier's own charges still apply.
No warranty
The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. This does not limit liability for the Developer's own fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. The total liability of the Developer for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Application and any in-app purchase in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold the Developer harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Application. This does not apply to claims arising from the Developer's own negligence or breach of these terms.
Updates and discontinuation
The Developer may update the Application, or stop providing it, at any time. You should accept updates when offered — the Developer may not continue to support older versions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of the Application.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version.
