Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Stacked (the "Application"), operated by Duostack (the "Developer").
What this app collects
Stacked doesn't use accounts, email addresses, or passwords. When you open the app, Firebase assigns your device an anonymous, random ID — there is nothing tied to your identity attached to it.
When you host or join a table, the app stores the name you type in, the table code, and the live game state (chip counts, bets, whose turn it is) so every device at the table can stay in sync in real time.
If the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, Firebase Crashlytics automatically sends a diagnostic report (what happened, and technical details like device model and OS version) so it can get fixed. This is not tied to your name or anything you typed into the app.
Advertising
This app shows ads through Google AdMob to support free development — see Purchases below for the option to remove them permanently. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier, your approximate (coarse) location, and (where you consent to it) your ad interaction history, to show more relevant ads and meet regional advertising regulations. Where required by law (the EU, UK, and some US states), you'll be asked to make a consent choice the first time you open the app; on iOS you'll also see Apple's own tracking-permission prompt. Declining either still lets you use the app and see ads — just less targeted ones. We don't sell your data ourselves; Google's handling of it is covered by their own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Third-party services this app relies on: Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase Realtime Database, and Firebase Crashlytics. Their own privacy policies cover how they each handle data.
Purchases
The app offers a one-time, non-subscription purchase to remove ads permanently, found in the Settings page of the app. Payment is handled entirely by Apple's or Google's own in-app purchase system — this app never sees or stores your card details. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, the same App Store or Google account can restore the purchase using the "Restore purchase" option in Settings, without paying again. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly, under their own refund policies, not by the Developer.
What this app does not do
No accounts, no analytics or tracking beyond what's described above (advertising and crash reporting). Nothing is sold to third parties beyond what AdMob itself handles for ad delivery. Your device never accesses your contacts, location, camera, or photos.
Your rights
Because the app doesn't keep persistent accounts or profiles, there's generally nothing on file to export or correct beyond an in-progress game. If you want an active table's data removed, or have any question about how your information is handled, contact the Developer at dogusimsek06@icloud.com.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, opt out of its sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, contact dogusimsek06@icloud.com.
How long data is kept
A table's data lives only as long as the game does — it is deleted once the game ends. Nothing is retained after that. Your device's advertising identifier and any ad-consent choice are kept by Google under AdMob's own retention rules, not by this app.
International data transfers
Firebase and AdMob operate on global infrastructure, so data may be processed outside your country of residence, including outside the EEA. Where the law requires safeguards for that (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), Google's own compliance covers those transfers.
Where data is stored
Game data is synced through Firebase Realtime Database (a Google Cloud service), solely to let the players in one game see the same table state. It isn't used for anything beyond running that live game.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 16 and the Developer does not knowingly collect data from them. If you're a parent and believe your child has used the app, contact dogusimsek06@icloud.com.
Security
Data in transit to Firebase and AdMob is encrypted by those services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but reasonable safeguards are in place for what little data this app handles.
